Conservation Commission Minutes 2011/04/06
Sunapee Conservation Commission Minutes meeting date April 6, 2011
Present: Van Webb, Tim Fleury, Rem Mastin, Lela Emery
Absent: Bruce Burdett, Roger Whitaker, Robert Hill
Tim Fluery made the motion to accept the minutes of March 2, 2011 with the amendment of adding notes taken by Tim and adding the second hearing date of March 28th. Seconded by Rem Mastin. All in favor 4, Opposed O. .

Ledge Pond Easement: Beth from ASLPT presented a power point which went well with very few questions. Some Ledge Pond residents were present. All the language is finalized, deed finalized and legal counsel is reviewing. Select Board was favorable. The second hearing is scheduled for April 11, 2011.
Jennings Easement: The Conservation Commission reviewed an easement between Bruce Jennings and the Town of Sunapee. The Town of Sunapee is granting Mr. Jennings a 50 foot right of way across town forest property in exchange for the right to lay a sewer line across his property. While the sparse map lays out the very defined location of the sewer line on Mr. Jennings property, there was no indication of where Mr. Jennings would have access on the town property. It is very clear what the town would receive but there is no indication of what the town was giving! SCC members feel that this plan is too open and vague. We would like to see a plan/line/lay out of where the right of way crosses the town property. The current map/plan is too loose. What will the impact on the town property be?
General Projects: SCC will do some projects - first on the list is clearing and pruning trees on Ski Tow Hill.
Dewey woods: Timber Stand improvement plan
